Welcome to the Save The Suite Life of Zack and Cody website!

"Apparently, you don't understand the foot down concept!"
- Zack, "The Fairest Of Them All"

****

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody was originally put on hiatus in the Autumn of 2006 and this site was developed in order to persuade Disney to start a third season. That season began production in early 2007. The third season has now ended and we are here for the fans that want a fourth season.

It is Save Disney Show's undying belief that having a policy of just sixty-five episodes (which the Suite Life happens to have gone on hiatus after) stifles creativity in addition to being grossly unfair to the fans. That's why the movement continues to ask Disney to formally renounce this informal 65 episode rule - starting with the Suite Life.

A show's fate should be determined by the fans, not a "soulless" company. As long as the Suite Life is popular it deserves to continue on in production. And we invite everyone who enjoys this show (from preteens to adults) to join our cause. The fight for season four will be a long and hard one, but if we start now and keep at it, we will win - no questions asked.

Let's give Disney their OWN wake-up call!

And now, a little bit of history for you...

"I bet you can't name a single founding father!"
"Can so! My father founded Tipton Industries!"
"No, no, I meant --"
"I'm bored. Bye!"
- Maddie and London, "Boston Tea Party"

In December of 2005, the Mission Kim Possible group - after nearly two years of a constant battle with Disney - won a renewal for the popular cartoon Kim Possible. Not too long after, the immensely popular Save Phil of the Future group sprang up to follow in its footsteps, and made huge progress in less than a year. And now, it happens to be the Suite Life's turn. But, just like with the missions before us, we just can't save the show without your help!

SAVE THE SUITE LIFE NEWS!
"Um, London. You might want to take a look at the front page."
"Not now. London's reading about London."
- Zack and London, "Poor Little Rich Girl"

08-30-07 The rumors apear to be true. According to Tiger Beat Magazine the show has ended production.

I chatted with Ashley Tisdale over the phone on Friday. She was rushing around, really busy because of High School Musical 2, but we had a few minutes to catch up. You’ll see more of the interview in future issues of BOP and Tiger Beat, but I had to pass along this part of our convo.

Ashley told me that she just finished shooting the very last episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Yep, that’s right, the show won’t be filming any more new episodes. You’ll still be seeing new episodes for a while, because they have filmed so many, but the cast is finished shooting. How did Ashley feel about the last episode?

“I cried,” Ashley told me. “Brenda and I cried when we did our last day together - our last ever scene was together in London’s suite with Phill Lewis (who plays Mr. Moseby). First, we cried when the lobby set went down a week before. It was the one stage that was always there. It was hard to see it go. Then a week later, when we did our last scene together, it was sad and we cried. The next day was the curtain call - the end of the whole thing - and we cried there, too. So I cried, like, three times!”

It's now or never people. The sets could be rebuilt if there is sufficent fan support, or at the very least, we can get a spin off made. Please join the forum and let us know what you think! And be sure to spread the word to as many fans as possible, as we need to know how much fan support there is for our movement.

08-05-07 Rumors are circulating that the show has ended production - again. However, I must stress that at this point we can confirm nothing and that these rumors are not very credible. We will update this page when we know more. You can also join our email list.

04-29-07 This website has moved hosts from SDS to SDA and onto the stsl.org (Save The Suite Life) domain. The website will not be updated again unless the show is cancelled. Please subscribe to our email newsletter to be informed of any future developments.

12-14-06 The show was renewed for a third season last month. We do not yet know how many episodes will be in this third season, but it will likely be 22 episodes. This would bring the series to 87 episodes total. More information is available here

11-23-06 Save Disney Shows is conducting an Emergency Fundraiser to keep the site online for another two years. Please visit our donation page to made a small donation to our movement. We can't continue our work without your help! You can also donate via paypal using the paypal button on the SDS main page (no paypal account needed, just a major credit card). Again, thank you all for your continued support.

09-10-06 - STSL Co-Owner Sharzei, after recieving news that the show is going on hiatus, ressurrects the website and plans to give it a little makeover.

07-23-06 - The Save The Suite Life section of Save Disney Shows goes live on the website. We don't know if a campaign for a third or fourth season will be nessasary, but we learned from the Save PotF movement that it's a good idea to be prepared in advance.

06-22-06 - See the thread in see the "movement development" thread in the SDS Forum.

05-21-06 - Webmaster Greg founds the Save TSL Yahoo Group. This group will act as our official mailing list, and together with the SDS Forum, it will be how the fans can actively contribute to the overall direction of the movement. Join up today!
